There are different brands on the market, at this time Akrapovic is the most common one. Its also considered one of the best brands that gives the best sounds out of a motorbike.

You also have Wings. This brand is not very common but I do see it more often nowadays. My brother has a motorbike with this exaust system. I like it very much but I am not sure if I am going to buy it!
